MANE Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service

Service Agreement

Mane, LLC (“Mane”) is a California corporation that specializes in matching its Customers with Service Providers. Mane’s web site at http://www.maneapp.com and related sub-domains and Mane’s mobile/software applications may be collectively referred to as “internet properties” throughout this Service Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. 

Explanation of Services 

Mane allows its Customers and Service Providers (collectively referred to as “members”) to use its internet properties to locate other members, schedule appointments with other members, exchange money for services, promote services/products within the scope of Mane’s value proposition to the market, among other services.  These services and product offerings may be subject to change in the future.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and it is MANE's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information.  

The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes such as personalizing the user experience across our internet properties, promoting relevant services/products directly from us or from our vendors/partners, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned. By entering into our internet properties, you are affirming that you will comply and consent to our service agreement, terms of service, and privacy policy. In addition, you are consenting to your personal information being used by MANE, its partners, and affiliates. 
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
  • We do reserve the right to monetize information, whether representative of an individual, an anonymous internet user, or organization, that is provided to/gathered by our internet properties. This may include information used for targeted advertising directly on our internet properties or elsewhere.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. MANE may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at MANE's sole discretion.

 

Terms of Service

1. Terms

By accessing Mane’s properties, including but not limited to: the web site at http://www.Mane.com and related sub-domains or Mane’s mobile/software applications, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing these properties. The materials contained on these properties are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Your Data

Mane reserves the right to retain information on visitors or members of our internet and mobile application properties. This data may come from interactions or submissions on these aforementioned properties as well as data from third party data vendors. A visitor or member of our properties may provide personally identifiable information, such as their name, postal information, phone number, email address, as well as anonymous identifiers often used on internet and mobile applications such as web browsing cookie identifiers or Mobile device identifiers. These anonymous identifiers may be volunteered to Mane directly or indirectly and those interacting with our internet properties should be aware that these elements, and others, may be provided to or purchased by Mane. Mane may retain, analyze, aggregate, and parse data sets on its users for a multitude of reasons, including but not limited to: web site personalization, improved service capabilities, advertising, 

 3. Use of Assets

     Participants may utilize Mane’s services and internet properties to locate service providers, schedule appointments, pay/receive money for services, promote services or products within the scope of Mane’s value proposition to the market. However, the brand materials and information featured or otherwise contained on any of Mane’s internet properties or software applications may not be utilized, copied, imitated, or otherwise leveraged for any purpose without Mane’s explicit and written consent. Violators of these prohibitions may be subject to severe fines and/or legal action.

4. Disclaimer

    The materials and information on MANE's properties are provided "as is". MANE makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, the performance of the applications’ participants, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, MANE does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site, software applications, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to its internet properties.

5. Limitations

  In no event shall MANE or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or functionality on MANE's Internet properties, even if MANE or a MANE authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials and information appearing on MANE's internet properties could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MANE does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. MANE may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. MANE does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

 

7. Links/Connections

MANE has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet properties and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by MANE of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

 

8. Terms of Use Modifications

 MANE may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using our internet properties you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

 

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to MANE's web site shall be governed by the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
