Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, applications, products, and services operated by MANE, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and related brands and services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including but not limited to:

(collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.

The Services may include:

• E-commerce (grooming, skincare, and related products)
• Media, streaming, and content platforms
• Live commerce and interactive experiences
• Artificial intelligence-powered tools and analysis

Services may be operated by different entities within our ecosystem.

The Services may be provided by different legal entities within the Company ecosystem. Each entity operates independently and is responsible only for its own obligations and liabilities. Nothing in these Terms creates joint liability among entities.

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

All purchases are processed via secure third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Contact support@maneapp.com within 14 days after receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel or return your purchase. You do not need to give a reason for exercising a statutory cancellation right. For one order delivered in separate shipments, the applicable period starts when the last goods arrive. Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We will provide return instructions; a clear cancellation notice sent within the deadline does not depend on our prior approval.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Where legally permitted, we may account for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess them. Any longer or stronger rights under applicable law continue to apply.

A change-of-mind return may be excluded for an item supplied with a genuine health or hygiene seal if you break that seal after delivery and the item then cannot safely be returned for those reasons. This exception applies only where legally valid and disclosed before purchase. Opening ordinary shipping packaging alone is not a blanket reason to deny a return.

For eligible cancellations, we refund the purchase price and the applicable original standard-delivery charge, using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without extra fees. Refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period. Where permitted, we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever comes first. We do not charge a restocking fee for a statutory withdrawal.

For future change-of-mind purchases, you pay the direct return-postage cost where this was disclosed before purchase and the law permits it. MANË covers return costs where required for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, and honors any free-return promise made for your order. Contact us about such problems; cancellation exceptions do not remove your statutory remedies.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Genuine business-to-business purchases use the separately agreed business terms; they are not automatically subject to consumer cancellation rights.

By using AI-powered features (including JAANUS.AI), you explicitly consent to the processing of data you provide, including images and inputs, for the purpose of generating automated outputs. You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are generated algorithmically
• Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
• Outputs do not constitute medical, dermatological, or professional advice
• You are solely responsible for how you use such outputs

Our products are intended for cosmetic and personal care use only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to skin improvement, hair growth, or medical benefits. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and performing patch tests.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use content you submit. You may not submit unlawful or harmful content.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws
• Access systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer Services
• Misuse AI outputs
• Engage in harmful or deceptive conduct

All content, trademarks, domains, software, and materials are owned by the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not exclude mandatory product guarantees or other statutory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or service interruptions or errors.

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of habitual residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
